Rod Smith is a passionate leader, known for his unparalleled integrity and strong work ethic. He's acquired a superior skill set during his thirty years of experience in the wealth management and non-profit industries.

As a former 3-year starter for one of the premier college football programs in the country, the Nebraska Cornhuskers (under legendary head coach Tom Osborne), coupled with a short stint in the NFL under coaches Mike Shanahan and Marty Schottenheimer, Rodney learned the discipline, dedication, and structure necessary to succeed, early in life.

After his football career, Rod chose a career focused on helping communities in need. For twenty-seven years now he's used his leadership skills to work in the non-profit community.

 
 
 

The two organizations he founded are still thriving and serving the community today, making a difference for over 175,000 at-risk children and over 75,000 military children and families of the fallen, wounded & deployed.

In addition, Rod is a sought-after non-profit consultant, helping more than a dozen organizations achieve their goals, as well as helping raise over fifteen million dollars to serve the community through his own charitable endeavors.

Adding to his successful life of charitable giving, Rod also joined the financial planning & insurance industry, where today he utilizes all of his combined experience to help professional athletes, business leaders, and corporate and family foundations to achieve their maximum financial potential.

Rod is dedicated to developing strategies for companies, organizations, athletes, and successful clients that will allow them to leave a lasting impact, one aligned with their individual, family, and philanthropic goals.
